What To Expect During a Healing Session
Every session is unique to the individual as I meet you where you are at the time but there are a few themes that are fairly common and they may include:
Clearing blocks, negative belief patterns, and past life trauma
Gaining direction on your life path and mission
Addressing relationship issues and creating healthy boundaries
Activating your crystalline DNA and Ascension column
Bringing more of your psychic senses online and activating any healing gifts you may have
Receiving messages from your guides
Clearing and activating the chakra system
Physical healing of the body
As I initiate the healing template and begin the flow of energy, I receive a series of images, feelings, phrases or messages from your guides, angels, ancestors, Ascended Masters or your star family. These guide me to what needs to be healed. Often, past lives emerge that require healing. And while the template will continue to run as long as it is needed, the actual healing itself typically lasts 30-45 minutes. I close the session with Light Language to clear any remaining energy blocks and enhance the healing process. We then discuss what came arose during the session and any recommendations for continued healing. And as a follow-up, I will provide you with a written copy of what I received during your session. Sessions can be done in-person, online via zoom, or by phone.

What is Light Language?
Light Language is your soul's language. It is a unique form of communication that uses sounds and tones to create healing energy. And because it is no known language, it by passes the "thinking" part of your brain and goes directly to your light body. Calling in Your Dragons
Most of my clients are also working with Dragon Energies which I can channel during our session. Dragons are powerful archetypal being linked to cosmic forces, chaos, and the guardianship of sacred knowledge. They bring ancient wisdom and help reactivate both personal and Earth’s energetic grids. As the planet’s vibration rises, their energies can now be supported. Dragons often appear in a session to clear what no longer serves you, provide protection, and awaken dormant energy centers integral to your awakening. They are colorful and often will give me names!
The Dragons Path: A Journey to the Pyramids
Experience a healing journey held within the sacred geometry of a pyramid channeling the power of a stargate. I use the power of my own pyramid to activate a stargate to open your awareness and to anchor your healing. This offering is not just a healing session, it is an activation of your inner codex, your inner blueprint, designed to awaken your light body and your coherence. We are working with the symbolic geometry of your soul. Tapping into the energetic field, I get a series of words, images, and sacred geometry to reignite your dormant crystalline DNA, realign your energy field, and re-enter the harmonic spiral of your true self. Each activation is a step through the stargate-a portal to remembrance of who you truly are. This allows healing at a deep cellular level. You will emerge not as you were but as who you always were, reignited and realigned. These sessions are done remotely and videotaped followed by a call to discuss what information I received from your guides.
Group work
I also do group work which can consist of anything from group healings, individual healings within a group, clearing spaces of negative energies or entities, to clearing ancestral trauma from family lines.

My Background
After many years spent in the corporate world, ironically for big pharma, and many years battling my own emotional, mental and physical issues, like many healers, I came “awake” to my true calling after a Near Death Experience in 2016. A long and sometimes difficult journey followed with much healing to be done in all aspects of my life. But as part of the process, I also experienced astral travel, journeys to other dimensions, had interactions with sacred geometry, and met many beings from other worlds. I also began channeling angels and archangels, ascended masters, dragons, and galactic beings. In other words, my psychic senses all began to come on line and I began to focus on healing work. And while I studied many techniques such as reiki, akashic record work, angelic healing, and shamanic journeying, I most often use a combination of Light Language and Crystalline Soul Healing for my clients.
A Practical Guide to Ascension started as background material I gave to clients who were coming to me for energy healing and experiencing the Ascension process. Most had never even heard the term Ascension before. Still, all were experiencing some kind of dark night of the soul: relationship issues, financial challenges, unhappiness with their jobs, or serious health issues, to name just a few. To assure them they hadn’t lost their minds, I began to send them what, at the time, was about 10 pages of information covering the major components of the process: the cosmic, the spiritual, the emotional, and the physical. I kept adding to the document and one day thought, “This is turning into a book,” and instantly heard “A Practical Guide to Ascension.” Realizing this was a message from my guides, whom I don’t always listen to (usually to my own detriment), I sat down and began to write down what I had learned over the years and my own experiences, most of which were gained the hard way! I hope this will help those of you who may be experiencing your own “dark night of the soul” and provide some suggestions and practical advice for going through the process. It isn’t for the faint of heart, but some beautiful gifts are just waiting to be explored on the other side. This book was written to help you get to that other side.
